It’s finally pumpkin season! We’ve got three ways you can decorate yours with us at PLAY, including mini-pumpkins in Messy Art (10/19-10/29), messy collage pumpkins in Messy Mixed Media, and our take-home Everything-but-the-Pumpkin Box.

Mini Pumpkins in Messy Art (Oct. 19 – Oct. 29)
In all Messy Art hours from 10/19-10/29, each child will be offered a mini pumpkin to decorate during their painting time, and a variety of fun materials to help bring it to life.
Messy Art is parent/caregiver-and-child painting time for ages 2-6.
Offered Tuesday, Thursday & Friday mornings
Book 1-4 visits at a time.

Messy Collage Pumpkins in Messy Mixed Media
We’re excited to return to pumpkin decorating in Messy Mixed Media, which always happens the week prior to Halloween (along with other fun & autumnal projects 10/18-11/18).
Messy Mixed Media is parent/caregiver-and-child, process-oriented art for ages 3-5. (Kids 2-and-a-half+ are welcome if accustomed to wearing a mask during activities).
Fall Session 2 is a 5-week session: Monday 10/18 – Thursday 11/18

Everything-but-the-Pumpkin Box
Once again, we’ve put our fall pumpkin & gourd decorating tradition in a box. The Everything-but-the-Pumpkin Collage Box is a slightly less messy version of what we do in the art room to celebrate the season of the cucurbits, and unleash kids’ creativity on pumpkins that will last a while longer than their carved counterparts.
Order one for your family or get a couple for your crafty, outdoor Halloween gathering : ). A complete list of what’s included is HERE. Recommended for ages 3-6 with adult supervision & participation.
