- *Please read: We have made some TEMPORARY CHANGES to our cancellation policy for the spring 2020 session of PLAY music @SCM, which will be in effect throughout the session. Though our cancellation deadline for PLAY music has already passed, if you should decide to permanently give up your spot in your spring session class, you may do so at any point and receive a class credit for the remaining classes (without a cancellation fee). *Important: Your class credit will only be valid from the date that you notify us that you are leaving your spot in class. No credits will be given retroactively for absences, or if you stop coming to class and do not contact us to release your spot. *Additionally: If we should need or decide to cancel or postpone your session in progress, we will notify you in a timely manner, and issue you a credit at the value of the remaining classes, which you may use either as soon as classes resume, or toward any future registration in a PLAY music class @ SCM, or any session-based or drop-in activity at PLAY (Mid Wilshire).
- Our standard cancellation fee for all registrations, and for returned checks (which does not apply to the situations listed above) is $25.00.
- Make-up class spots for absences at the SCM location are very limited, and make-ups are not guaranteed.
- All families wishing to bring non-enrolled siblings or guests to class are asked to contact PLAY (info@playfamily.co) the day before to check availability and pay the guest fee ($15) via online invoice.
- Food, drink, and mobile devices are prohibited in class during class time.
