Dear PLAY Families,
Enrollment is now open for all Winter ’23 PLAY programs & we’re starting to book private music and art groups for 2023. We would love to see you at Silverlake Conservatory of Music or online for family music with your babies, toddlers, and preschoolers in the new year–or at your home for music or art! Here’s a quick look at what we’re offering & complete links by class are below…
AT SCM:PLAY music @ Silverlake Conservatory of Music (map it) begins January 10th. We’ve once again expanded class time options for mixed-age PLAY music, and our new 4- and 5-year-olds class continues on Saturday mornings. Classes are available with teachers Veronika & Keith, and the newest member of our team, Rubin Holbein, whom we’re very excited to welcome.
ONLINE: Start off your Sundays singing and dancing with Emilia : ). This winter in PLAY @ Home, Emilia will be putting a little extra focus on teaching fundamentals of voice (in age-appropriate ways), and as always, she’ll be looking to hear you sing! When not “at” PLAY, Emilia spends much of her time teaching voice, oboe, and piano to students of all ages around the world.
PRIVATE GROUPS: Private, outdoor groups are forming for PLAY music & PLAY art classes. You can get your 2023 group started with a handful of friends and a 6-week commitment. We’ve had so much fun bringing music & art to PLAY families at home this year, and we’re grateful to everyone who has hosted!

Sunday morning PLAY @ Home with Emilia runs 9 weeks, starting 1/22.Your family membership includes 9 weekly, live PLAY music classes via Zoom, and access for the term of the session to PLAY music pink session web materials. See the SCHEDULE and REGISTRATION INFO
Private, Outdoor PLAY art classes
Private, outdoor PLAY art classes are process-based and customized for the age range of your group (between 2-5 years), drawing from our Messy Mixed Media curriculum, and the practices we developed during 17 years of drop-in Messy Art at PLAY.
